At lvl 80+ for lvling, best would be fcc, pq (I believe you can still do it at 80, but end at 81. however, the boss or grinding bloodponds hypered is still pretty fast and easy exp) and ofc bh. Around sirry wine camp and in burning heard you can grind easily too (with hypers or exp scroll, this gives ok exp). Fcc is without doubt the fastest 80+, however if you take into account squad forming time grinding at x12 exp can be faster even if it consumes more of you hypertime.

The only spiders I can think of are lvl90s spiders around avalanche. They aren't to hard, but I think grinding that high above lvl is not really efficient. Maybe I'm thinking of the wrong spiders though.

The spiders in Avalanche are level 96. There are some level 84(?) spiders around Camp of the Intrepid that aren't to difficult

Can you farm about 400k? Then you can afford hypers.
FCC (or more properly FFC; Forgotten Frostcover City) is dungeon for exp. Here's the sticky on it.

This is correct. I even have pictures of me on the scoreboard at 80 to prove itb:pleased
I also believe Olbaze farmed the heck out of it at 80 so he could jump almost straight to 82 with his medals.

If you can't afford hypers then you shouldn't level up at all.

Trust me, the amount of hypers it takes to get to 100 doesn't even compare in cost to the gear you'll be expected to have by then.

I was planning to. The reason I didn't was because during the time I spent acquiring Energetic Robe: Wraithgate, the rep sale had occured. This caused a lot of people to bring their lvl 100 Rank 8 assassins there to solo the boss/elites, which made it less efficient.

However, what I did do was pretty much level 75-85 by killing the Vastclaw Executioner and hypering those kills. Reason being that the exp/time is pretty good if you're not comparing it to, say, FCC. And it's low-cost too, since you only use a few minutes of hyper per day and you get a level every few days.
I am Olba. Not Ol, not Baze nor Blaze. And even less would I go by Olblaze. Please, take a second to read a person's username.
If you see b:cute be sure to take a second, calm look at anything I said.

To get to lv 95 from 80 will cost ya 2mil tops of hypers. BTW even rank IV costs 2mil so yeah. FCC is the only way to go.
