Everything on my Acc was STOLEN!!

I had my catshop up over night, and when I get home I log on and everything, over 17m worth of Items and Coin are gone.

When I left for work, everything was fine, when I get home it says I was booted. never had that before so I was like ok, relog and get back on and setup shop. when I relogged and opened my bags to setup, I had nothing!!

Pls Help

Time I left for work was 9:50pm CST
Time I got home was 8:34am CST so some where in that window something happened

    Send in a ticket... not much we can do but sympathize (oh, and change your password. Somebody has **** your account.)

    Did you double check to make sure there were no bank notes in your stash? The first time I sold something over 10mil I thought someone somehow **** me lol! But then I checked and found a bank not in my bag b:chuckle Just double check your bag and if nothing is there then that really sucks you got **** b:shocked

    "you were booted" means somebody used the force log option to log into your account from another computer while you were logged in.

    in other words, somebody's got your password. see about fixing that, right away.

    Jeeze :/ I was really hoping you were just over looking something, send your ticket asap. This is supposed to be a fun game. It's terrible you have to worry about pathetic hackers taking your stuff.

    i cant say that I feel bad, because lets face it... hacker probably got her account info via a key logger picked up while searching/downloading a bot.


    In the event that she is some how a totally innocent victim, eh that really blows. From now on you should probably scan your computer after you download anything.


    All that being said, with how money orientated PWE is, Im surprised they do not sell authenticators.

    Those who have already suggested it are right, and the first thing you should do is go to the support section and submit a ticket explaining the situation.

    Fuzzy also strongly agrees that it is well beyond time for the OP to change their account password.
