Fallen Warmonk?

A quest called End of Suffering show up under Challenge Quest. It say i need to kill the Fallen Warlock in the Nartheast most room of the fortress of the talon, yet i can't find him DX. Neither is he in the SecretFrostcovered Grounds.

Anyone know anthing about this quest?

    yes he IS in 51... you have to kill the other 3 bosses before he pops up (as well as gettign a pop up on screen after the 3rd boss). Then he'll be in the NE big room (in the corner) Rankar makes his turn in.

    He gives you 150k Exp, 90k coins, 35k spirit and 50 rep when you kill him. BUT.... you only get the pop up to kill him once. So you can only do this once per character ever. But hey... nice boost to someone's FB huh. lol

    b:avoidb:sin I've been thinking about this more and more wondering if a lvl 1 person can attain this quest xD been thinking of just doing this over and over for noob alts and taking the coin then deleting the char for the coins seeing as we can multi client now this would be an easy way for me to make money when im bored however I wonder if this would be considered abusing something and possible bannablyb:surrender

    I would say no you couldn't - as far as i'm aware you need to be doing BH51 to get that extra quest so a lvl1 Char wouldn't get it

    you only need to be inside of the instance to receive the quest for the new boss.


    I had afk'd in the front of the instance while the group killed Fush. Yet after beating Wyvern I still got the quest. The sin that zoned in after Fush died, however, did not receive the quest.


    So Im guessing you could park that level 1 in the beginning of the instance, kill the bosses and still get the quest on the level 1.

    Now whether or not your plan is against the rules, I have no idea.

    FB51 tabbers get it too, i know. lower levels than that, i'm unsure of.

    Thanks for the info. If I couldn't kill him right at the end of BH51 could I wait til someone else does theirs and join squad for the fight against Fallen Warmonk?

    It spawned for me and my friend when we did the 3 bosses and it was not bh, we just tried ourselves with this instance, but I didn't notice any rep or good amount of XP. Is that only me?

    You get the huge XP boost only once per character for killing Warmonk.

    He also wanders outside past the room he used to be in... or at least that I remember him being in (that north-eastern most room)... So TAB is your friend if you cant fin himd in the room itself. (I just helped a friend with this on an alt, and went nuckin futz as to why he was not in the room... like 1-4 minutes later, he was walking past)

    True, he used to be stationary in the north-east room by the group of Feligars, now he roams the corridor that goes past it and (as far as I've seen) never goes in it.

    It is known long ago.

    I had been in first such fb51 half of year ago may be or earlier.

    I say just to note, that it is not change from last update.

    It really depends how long it takes you to get there, if you take to long he will leave the are and roam around, but he will go back inside (i think not sure). The quest is not triggered by the fb its triggered when you enter the instance(or kill last boss) and have never finished it before. There is no level top end cap i am aware of, but looking at pwdb would tell you the lvl range.

    Actually, it's triggered by killing Wyvern (or possibly the last of the three main bosses you kill, if you kill them out of order.) There's another, separate quest that auto-completes when you enter, but it's irrelevant to getting or completing the main Warmonk quest.

    I have never seen him inside the room since he started roaming, and as a veno I can get there fairly quickly if I cleared that way to get to Rankar as he was returning from the north-east room. He's either been north-west of the room or (rarely) south of the room, roaming the corridors.

    The quest is listed as 51+, so no upper level cap. I completed it on this veno at 81, after he started roaming, when I briefly returned to playing on DW. I believe a whole bunch of even higher levels completed it after it was initially implemented.

    Maybe I am mistaken but we didn't notice any XP boost, just like for other bosses in this instance I guess. But I am not sure. Database says the parent quest has a good award but the final one gives no award.

    And yes, we found him outside his room in the corridor.
