Tideborn Quest - Coming of Age

Dear GMb:bye

I am currently a lvl60 mystic and i still cannot recieve the lvl 40+ quest called "coming of age" given by the tideborn elder.

when i go to him, speak and click on "Quest Related" the only quest i can recieve is "Warriors Proof" which is for lvl's 51+ BUT to recieve this quest i need to have completed "coming of age" which i cannot because for some reason this quest is no option to recieve from the elder.

Is there any possible way you could help me out?
i think maybe i've missed some quest that i need to do to recieve "coming of age" but not sure...

please help me b:cry

    The first quest doesn't start at the tideborn elder, but at your own races elder. Check there first. :)

    i tried to go to elder star which is my race elder and only thing he offers is me buying a new fly haha..

    got anything else maybe?

    have come uinto the same issues on my seeker hit 40 the other day did my fb39 and **** today hit 41 went down to tellus city and there wasnt anything there checked all the elders and even went down by goshiki to check and theres not a damn tihng :| quite furious if they took it out im gonna send in a ticket and hope they give me a decent answer -.- ill update when i know for sure there answer

    I'm sure this is the part that doesn't show on the quest list.
    go to the tablet (669 353) at dream port to continue with the quest.

    Had the same issue with my girlfriends mystic. All you have to do is go to the human elder and he has the quest for you. Dont know why it is the human elder and not the E. guard elder but whatever lol

    HELPPPPPPPPPPPP. The tideborn quest coming of age quest loyalty (single) i accidentally trashed the quest to do the other one and when i went back to get it again it wasnt there?!!? is there anyway i can still do the quest.

    I just came across this problem too, with my level 50 barb. I couldn't remember what level the quest appeared, and waited til now to search. Thought I'd let everyone know that although I never recieved the pop up message, and the "Strange Monument" quest was not in my available quests list, the Lost City Elder had it in his quest list, and I was able to start it. So check your elder b:victory
