hey i was wondering, my veno is realy boring and so i was wondering if there is a way to make it not so

What type of player are you ? close comabt , magic , range ???
What lvl is ur veno ??
Build stats ???? is ur characters screwed beyond salvation ????

Maybe veno isnt for you , but it isnt a boring class , the more u lvl the more things u can do with a veno , u just need patience.

You can make a venomancer fun by..
    A. Expermenting with builds.
    B. Setting fun challenges (Kill this many mobs without poting, ect)
    C. Making friends with other venos and getting their imput on pets, skills, ect.
    D. Tame tons of different pets till you find ones that you like

There's many things you can do and it's true the higher you get the more things you can do.
Eventually you can potentially solo your own culti bosses, TT's, BH's, help lower leveled friends and much more

If you find Veno boring, I wish you luck!
If mage is your thing, and you don;t enjoy being shoved around, you're not the most assertive person (meaning, you can't be a cleric ^), and you like a bit of veriety in your moves~ Veno is for you! :D
Admitedly, you'll have to learn how to switch between forms effectivly if you wunna be a good veno...

If up close combat is more your thing, try a sin; you need to keep your focus to stay alive in lower levels though!
    Haters gunna love this ^

Okay, I have to disagree there. I'm generally an easy-going person, but if I have to put up with enough stupid people I lay down cleric law. If they don't like it they kick me and take a cleric that likes to kiss a$$es. People accept my gauntlet of challenge though and I do let them die or go a bit without heals if they do sometimes stupid again.

Switching forms isn't a problem. Your caster skills are stronger, so stay in caster. The only time you will really need to switch forms is in dungeons to amp and purge.

To make your veno less boring: 1. Have a character worth staring at. 2. Make sure you've got a pet you like looking at all the time. You'll be looking at it all the time while you level. I always had fun taming new pets and tried my hand at rare spawns just because I wanted to say that I had "x" rare pet. 3. Find people to play with. People make the game fun.

Also if your character isn't built right it can get boring. Example: My first cleric had messed up stats, I couldn't kill things until 6-7 hits and I died a lot because my heals sucked. Which made me level slow, and was pretty boring. (this was way before bounty hunt was introduced for fast exp)

Second cleric I researched builds, went full magic, and now I 2 hit things, heals are powerful and it's way more fun. b:victory

Try researching veno builds. If you find that you don't like pew pewing from a distance, try changing to a different build or rolling a new class.

    Yes, its fun playing veno.

Its even fun seeing melee class chasing after runner mobs while my ranged pet keep them on the spot till I kill them b:laugh

Play around with different veno builds.

Try fistmancer, axemancer, bowmancer, pikemancer. Yes, none of these are very viable as endgame builds(fist kind of is, if you have the money) but they can be a LOT of fun to mess around with.

TELL ME ABOUT IT. My first cleric was so messed up, it was crazy. I logged it onto it the other day, and I pumped dex. A cleric with dex, no wonder I couldn't heal myself. And it could not level beyond 15. ._. The poor thing.

But yes, venomancers are fun, but I think you've reached a point where you're tired of handling pets all the time. What I suggest you do is roll a new character, say a barb. That's what I'm doing. It's quite fun to try something melee after being ranged mag caster for so long. But it's your call. Otherwise, try bring your herc to dungeons and help lower level people with their instances. It's quite nice to see how much stronger you've grown. Like I help with BH 51 and 59 all the time now with my veno. And I remember how I used to go for those runs and needed to be in a party with someone higher levelled. Now it's like time to help newer players.

    Good luck!
I copied Desdi's font color. It's too pretty. Forgive me Desdi b:thanks
