how do you get 1st mount for earthguard

hi im level 13, and want to buy a mount from the cash shop, but they are pretty costly, how do you get a mount in game for earthguard? do you ever get one from a quest or cheap from a merchant? any info would be welcome thanks

Only from the cash shop or people who are selling them. Or you can get a horse rougly 2m from the pet shop vendor?

There's one at level 30 from the elder of archosaur, forgot what dqs it needs though.

there is no MOUNT at elder at lvl 30 thats a FLYER.. OP the only way to get a mount is to either buy from cash shop, buy from players or buy one of the horses from the npc
