Raging Tide- Trade Fash/Mount from Sanctuary to Raging Tide

I currently have a few items on the Sanctuary server that has been sitting there for a while and was hoping to find someone to trade them for the same item on the Raging Tide. I hate to see them go to waste and don't want to bother dropping more money on something I already own.
