Launcher not connecting -.-

So whenever I Launch the game the Launcher pops up right? But there's a problem the part of the launcher where it shows the news and stuff now is saying "Navigation to Webpage is cancelled".... Anyone know how to fix this? I'm connected to the internet soo what the hek?

    is it cuz of maintenence or something? can someone verify please :/??

    FIXED IT!!! Ok the problem was that Internet Explorer wasnt connecting to the Internet because it was like idk using a proxy. I took the proxy off so now it works , if anyone had a problem like this i Hope this helps. :D

    i have windoews 7 and i cant play the game -.- can u help me . when ever i click the start button a message comes up and then the launcher just switches off .. wat shall i do??? i cant play any games on windows 7.. so can u help ?

    Can you give us a screenshot of the message? or Tell us what it says? Or does the message just instantly close?
