Did NOT receive the free Zen after completing the Quick Quote Auto Insurance Ad

Subject explains it all. I finished the process as it told me to, made the phone call at the end, was givin the 5 digit code, entered it in, it said successful...

Yet still NO FREE 535 ZEN in my wallet. Tried logging off and back on. Nothing. Did I just give my number to auto insurance dealers to harrass me with calls daily for nothing?

    I never tried those free zen offers. Sure, some people really do get free zen off of them, but there are just too many complaints about these offers. My guess is that these (unknown) companies just want you to sign up with them with all sorts of personal info filled out, trick you into consenting with their Terms of Service which probably states somewhere that they are allowed to share/sell your info to other (unknown) businesses, and then result in a bunch of spam in your inbox and mailbox. You should really be careful when filling out personal info on the internet to get "free" stuff.

    The time it takes you to fill out the dumb surveys probably could have gotten you the money in-game by farming anyway.

    I think your right, but the part that angers me is that these ads were seen not only on pwi.perfectworld.com, but also on PerfectWorlds log on/updater.. so if PerfectWorld knows that they are not giving their customers the Zen promised to them, then they should remove them from their list of advertisers.

    ANY GM's HAVE ANYTHING TO SAY TO A LOYAL CUSTOMER OF 3+ YEARS WHO SPENDS MONEY BUYING YOUR PRE PAID CARDS? I'D APPRECIATE IT BUT KINDA SURPRISED IT HASN'T HAPPENED YET.

    Not sure if you got this taken care of but if you read it again, it says that you will get the Zen if the person thinks you were honestly trying to get a quote and not just for the Zen.

    So if they dont think you were honest their not gonna give it to you.

    I did the same and nothing yet, but I am actually going to go with the company since it does save me a ton. We will then see if they give me my Zen otherwise im filing a ticket.

    That doesn't work 99% of the time involving offers, upon submitting a ticket about an offer for free zen, PWI support than directs you back to the offer system, say Offerpal. And continues to tell you to send them a query via they're "Contact Support" link after hitting the "Missing Zen?" link on the offer page. So, every time I see a GM or administrator say to submit a ticket, it's sort of irritating.
