I'm stuck, can anyone help me out of there ?

So i'm just start playing Perfect World and level 6 in psychic but because i'm furious about what they look like outside, i'm getting lost, but if i use the blue thingy to get back to the nearest town, i'm going back to the city next to the place i get kill by a lv 50...plz i want to get out of there but i don't know what to do :{ heres a picture i provide:

    Hi.

    You can use a teleport master in town, and teleport to your city (Ranging Tides)
    So if you don't know were teleport is, just press on the button i rounded in your picture and search for teleport master :)

    Oh that what i say when i mean *the blue thingy* lmao, i try and it go to the back to the city that in the pic again....i try and ig o to the teleport and theres only circle thing but no lines, if you have no lines on the map you can't go back right ?
