seeker skill bug ??

hello, im here to ask about some issues with learning the skill Soulsever Minuet, my seeker just reached lvl 51 today and for some reason i can't learn that skill, i have the required culti, i have enough spirit and enough coins,SO WHY CAN'T I LEARN THE SKILL!!!

the fact that i have already learned gemini slash proves that i should be able to learn soulsever, yet every time i click to learn the skill it tells me that my prerequisite skill level is too low...b:angryb:angry

    Sorry if I sound stupid, but did you learn Northern Sky Waltz, Bladed Fervor, Parchedblade Dance and Saber Rattle as well? You can't get Soulsever Minuet without level 1 in all of those.
    I have an ego so large it has it's own gravitational pull...So in short, yes, everything DOES revolve around me. b:pleased
