Supply Stash Disappeared

Just hit level 15, went to open my supply stash... I get an error message and the game eats the stash.

Is there a way to get it back, especially if I'm not at fault for losing it?

eta: I had 2 inventory spaces when I clicked the stash.

    Clear out some more inventory space and see if that helps.

    Dyskrasia is correct, some of the supply stash rewards are more then 1 item so u my need as many as 4 open slots, just clear some space and it will give u the rewards and the stash back.
