Was there a time limit in which you were able to claim the anniversary mount because I have this account, which this 11 Sin is the highest level in and I'm 100% sure I made this account before 2009 August and when I try it always says that it had a problem to send the item to my account.

Do you have to have an actually character who was here before September 2009, or just the account itself? I made this Sin just today.

Is there a level req. for it?

    Not to my knowledge, since i managed to claim that mount just like a week or two ago

    Doesn't it work anymore? I get this when i go to that page "Oops! There was an error in sending you the item."

    Yeah it doesn't work.

    Registration Date: 01/28/2009

    And my first account is since 09/08/2008

    Yea and mine is Registration Date: 12/22/2008 and it doesn't work. PWI doesn't offer free things anymore, or they just say the offer and they don't

    Gave me two Blessing tho only with same CD so I sold one of them to a NPC.
    I want the mount :3


    Anyway we may have to wait this year's Anniversary.

    Okay so, if you got it only 1/2 weeks ago it should still work for me right? and i'm over level 10. I do still get the anni blessing just not the mount.

    If the account is old enough, you can still can get the mount and blessing.
    If you just make a new account, you'll only get the blessing, regardless of when you click that link.

    My account was made definitely before August 2009 because I have an achievement dated at that time on this account. But my character (this sin) was made just yesterday and it doesn't work for me.

    Maybe this is linked a little to the facebook/dq problems, if so, please fix it, I want me free mount :|

    If I recall correctly, it goes to the highest level character on the account. However, it may have bugged and gone to a character on another server, or a lower level character.

    When I go on the site it just says "Opps, there was an error in sending you the item" or something along those lines. However I am receiving the anni blessing.

    This 25 sin is the highest level character and I have 1 other character which I also checked on and still nothing.

    You can submit a ticket if this is the case. I'm not 100% sure if the mount is still given out.

    I had an account full of lvl 1 characters only. They ALL got the mount and blessing b:chuckle

    Edit: The requirement is 10 for using both the mount and blessing, but there is no lvl requirement to obtain them.

    So I got feedback from my ticket and this is what they said:

    "Unfortunately, Pytharia the anniversary event is over at this time. Please try again next anniversary event. Thanks!"

    How is this the case when people have said they got their mounts 2/3 weeks ago -_-

    I did the same and ticketed it last week and they told me I couldn't get one even though I've had my account for long enough! It seems they'll let some people have them whenever they like but not others.
