keep getting disconnected

For some reason I keep getting disconnected, my internet is fine and doesn't disconnect but I still get dc'd a lot. Is there any solution for this? Should I restart my computer or my router?

    it have been happen same with me.. already posted for help but still nothing..

    I've had no problem I've left both my accounts on all night just hovering in air (Over 12 hours!) and they were still connected when I came back this morning after breakfast.
