Fitting Room Foot Glow?

I was in the fitting room while auto-pathing & saw this glow appear on my character's foot every 30 or so seconds. I'm wondering, What the heck is that?

    Yeah it's been happening to most people since the expansion. <_< Just a graphical error, but I don't think it effects anything.
