Do you really think trying to get to GoldDigrz is going to make them any worse at TW? If anything playing against guilds that are stronger than you makes you better. That is what I believed in back in the days when RoC had to defend against Radiance; we wouldn't have it any other way. Rad constantly pressing on RoC did not make RoC weak at all; in fact more and more people wanted to join us, and we were constantly improving.

As for allowing GD to "practice," us attacking GD does not stop them from bidding on weaker 'factor' guilds for practice, such as Rad. In theory even if we win every TW, you can eat up another guild's lands at the same rate. In this situation, providing you are correct in your theory that TW = experience and improvement, you are getting double the practice and improving twice as fast as you would be if we didn't. Even if two guilds attack you at once, you cannot achieve this because they'll be in the same time slot, and all that does is force you to thin out your ranks. One attack + one defense is two REAL TWs (providing you actually bid on someone who will give you a 'real' TW). Lastly, the amount of land you have doesn't affect how well you fight, does it? Enraged was driven into a corner down to like 3 lands when Tao was on the rise. It's not the end of the world.


Anyways, you misunderstand me if you think I was calling you stupid. I just would be slightly disappointed if you were that butthurt over where we bid.

Long lasting TWs is the only way to really practice on communication, teamwork etc etc. There is no dummy TW instance you can join to practice, so yeah, practicing on evenly matched factions will help a faction get stronger.

I never said Enrage werent allowed to go down to GD, I just said that Enrage might be a bit scared of us growing too strong so they want to crush us when they can. And thats the way I would have done it if I was Enrage leader.

But now I dont want to discuss this anymore, it gets boring and I keep forgetting what I said in the past, cause I usually just ramble on the forum and forgets all about it... Keeps me busy for a few minutes at least.b:bye

Thank you. And if I could wear a hat as a Barb I would take my hat it off to you and your faction too. That was a lot of fun. The type of fight this server needed.

Last week was horrible, just had no comment on it.

But tonight was a damn fun fight, even though i died a lot i had a blast. I predicted GD stronger then they were tonight to be honest, but i think we had things a small tiny little bit more organised then we had before this time.

I really wasn't sure when Radiance had gotten wind last weekend that we were going to bid on them if we would be able to come out of these TW's without too many hurt feelings, bent and bruised egos or even bigger egos for some as a result. Despite some of the b:shutup on forums over the last week (from quite a few people that shouldn't be b:shutup) and the dc's, the end result was fun fun fun! b:thanks

I admit that I, as leader of GoldDigrz, am not all that competitive when it comes to TW. When we started TW and we still stress this.. we never wanted to be a "TW faction".. rather my only concern is that we are a faction first. I appreciate every one of my members that chose to take the time to come online over the weekend and TW with us! We have been outnumbered from the start and even before map reset, we took our 20 members into Enrage TW's.. got our a$$es handed to us on a platter and came out of it laughing (what was left of our a$$es) off.. because it was fun and it was yet another thing we could participate in together ..as a faction!

Although, we couldn't make the bid last weekend on Radiance (due to rl issues for me), I was happy to see Radiance bid on us so we could all have some fun! I thought it only fair to give both Radiance and my super awesome GoldDigrz another opportunity this weekend for a more fair 'glitch free' fight! Thank you to PWI for letting us all enter the instance dc-free! b:victory Tonight's war proved that Radiance came a lot more prepared and we knew they would put a good defense! We buckled down with the numbers that we had and went into TW with the intention to have fun! I hope Radiance had as much fun as I know we did!

I'll end with a thank you to Radiance for bringing a great time to the battlefield! A thank you to my GoldDigrz.. without the members, we wouldn't have a faction and I see you all working hard every day to support what we have created together!

For everyone else that says we are starting out like all the other factions.. be it Tao or Caesar or whatever.. thank you for the compliment, because they were great factions too. Like everything in life.. things come and go and we grow as people to have experienced them for however long or short they last.

Congrats to GD on their win, and to both guilds on getting to have a great war. see what happens when you fight someone other than enrage? :P i heard it was great fun, and i'm almost a little jealous that i didnt get to participate in it. looking forward to hearing about future battles.
