If R9 Medals added back to DQ points what should be the cost?

I think alot of people think the R9 medals were a bit too cheap at 20,000 DQ points which made them pretty easy to obtain. I'm curious to know what people think the DQ medals should cost in DQ points.

Maybe if the cost was higher the market wouldn't be entirely flooded with medals.

    I think they should do a quest that rewards a medal.

    Kinda like the runecrafting quests, rare chance to get one that awards a medal

    Maybe if PWE didn't introduce the ****ing G.S sales, we wouldn't have so many R9s either.

    I only voted 9000 cause it was the closest to keep medals out of the dq shop xP

    I voted 50k because I think if medals come back to boutique they will be somewhat cheaper than 25g. (since everything gets at least 50% discount now) And 50k is probably in line with how much it would cost coin wise.

    The damage has already been done. TBH they should have never been introduced in the first place.

    Buuuuuuuuut, since they were, they should be back. But at a much higher DQ cost. 20k is waaaaaaaaaaay too cheap.

    they should have never been in there in the 1st place, and should have been kept to 1 a week from TW land owners who got lucky.

    R9 was supposed to be rare... is anything rare in this game anymore?

    I think a better way to reintroduce medals would be from that public AH, I don't even know what it's called. Make it appear every night and have people bid on it.

    One a week is kind of too low, that would have been OK if chips had to be obtained the hard way.

    How can anything rare when everything players want are in cash shop one way or another. If Medal can only obtain from TW reward from now on, I will actually give PWI credit for what they did, even I have few thousand DQ items in my bank and only 2 pieces away to finish my R9 now. but we all know it is just a matter of time for them to put medal to the cash shop.

    I dont really care about the cost, as long as they bring them back to DQ.

    Having them as a DQ reward gave people a reason to go out on the World map and grind again and leave all the freaking instances. World map have been empty for 1 year and suddenly there was people everywhere farming mobs for their rank gear. Was really nice to see.

    It gave you something substantial to do after 100+ as well. It gave casters/ranged classes a way to make coins.


    Think 50k each would be a fair price for Medals.

    As I wrote somewhere... Everythin ll be ok if noone will be able to buy dq points. I mean.. dqs just should lost its points' worth once being traded or sent etc So everyone who wants this medal should earn it)

    with medals as 20k makes r9 2 easy to obtain? they should think of that also be4 they making 300k rep costing 108 gold ( 100m) and general tokens 4m ea with the chip sale...

    I think they should be brought back at the same price, or brought in with a quest that you can do with the same sorta difficulty in getting the medal. Then pwi should immediately release rank 10, just to **** all the QQers b:chuckle

    Doesn`t really mater now since servers are overpopulated with r9 ppl but voted for 10k if i`m bored enough i might try getting r9 ring, other stuff isn`t worth it lol b:bye

    i think it should be the SAME EXACT cost as the previous pple who were able to get it from the DQ points.

    that or

    they can jack up the price more but make the current R9 user gears void of the bonus effects until they themselves can pay off the current difference in price change they owe. b:laugh i think thats pretty fair.

    i think this is kinda silly its like complaining that you bought something before it was on sale then it goes on sale and you feel you should get the money back that you spent over the others.

    I wouldn't mind lol :) It would be nice to have fewer R9 competitors...

    I just feel that if PW-Beijing was concerned at how many Medals were being bought with DQ PWI should have raised the price to some mutually acceptable value rather than remove them completely.

    If they were to stay the current going rate, they'd have to be over 90,000 DQ points.

    silly or not thats the topic of the thread. 'what should the cost be?' and of course pple will put their reasoning.

    on a side note, you do have to remember,
    - sales are usually advertised.
    - the situation is diff. because its an MMO where this is the endgame gear.(for now) The comparison must have similar factors, not just a simple supermarket sales.
    Imagine if colleges did that with their tuition.

    You dont need to get in college (you dont need R9) but it allows you to be decently competitive in real world.(competitive in pvp situations/you dont play mmos to be the bottom of the barrel), and if some students got in the college for $60,000 (1st boutique/DQ medals) and then the college (pwi) without ANY warning, jacks the price up to $200,000 (how ever many times the poll compares), then yeah you betcha pple arent just gonna suck it up. Assuming the other colleges (online games) arent as good as this 'suddenly-jacked-up-college' (pwi), and had been preparing their *** off to study and go here (to farm and buy DQ medals)

    a cion box = 1000000 coins at 500 dq points. so normal glod to cions is about 600000 to 1 gold about. medales are 25 gold so the price of dq points needed need to = price of glod but who am i just a trad in the game( 100000 cions = 150 dq points also) so i say about 75000 per medal.
