If you forget to repair...

So, sometimes I'm lazy, and I don't repair for a while. Usually, this is my Archer. b:chuckle My archer runs around with 4 weapons (bow, crossbow, slingshot, claws), and ammo for all of them.

Occasionally, I'll run my durability down into the teens or lower, and the item goes 'yellow'. once it gets to 5 or so, I unequip it so it doesn't shatter. Anyone else do this, or am I just weird? b:laugh

I figure it's cheaper paying repairs in coins for an item than mirages... and if it shatters, the gear does me no good anyway. b:surrender

And a handful of other alts, all 79 and under.

    Only can shatter via PVP so thats the only time you use mirages to repair.

    when in pve even at durability 0 , doesnt shatter still able to repair with coins

    I do forget to repair a lot on my BM with her alternate weapons, since I am so used to clicking "repair all" on my other chars and thus just do the same with her. So her axes/swords mostly stay unrepaired for ages until one day I notice... never had it go that far though. Same goes for my archer's fists.

    But as far as I know, when durability is at 0 it only doesn't work to repair using repair all. You have to repair manually (or is it the opposite? I know one of the two doesn't work... but suddenly I can't remember which lol).

    Three solo frost runs, followed by two frost squads, then went into BH's and a FB.
    Then went into HH to help kill some bosses as a DD.


    Yeah I came out, went to check my repair bill cause I noticed I had quite a few items in yellow....I'm never doing all that again >.> *cough386132repairbillcough*

    Rule #1 rule as a barb: Repair after every single run looking at 400k+ repair bills is bad for your health.

    i always get under 100 coins repair every BH i do xD
    and 3k-5k in FC runs

    I repair anytime I'm NPC'ing stuff, which is 3-4 times a day, lol.

    Think the highest repair I've ever had was from....Delta, probably, and it was about 150k.

    Same here
    I do forget repairing my sins bow sometimes, though even that one rarely gets below 100 durability out of the 155

    Forgetting to repair from the day before and then tanking a full delta run and Fuzzy was faced with a repair bill almost reaching 2 million. b:cry

    But, as a general rule, the panda repairs after every run, no matter what the instance. It prevents moments such as the one mentioned above that just may be prone to inducing a heart attack when seeing the bill.

    Well that forum mess up was nice.

    Anyway, ~ 713k once after doing three 2-3 (including AE) runs in a row where the barb and assasin insisted my blademaster tanked at level 96 (I was lowest in squad excluding the wizard). Funnily enough the barb ended up being kicked from squad at the end by the cleric because he demanded first pick anyway.

    Since then I've learned to repair before and after each run.
