Offerpal Reported Me For Suspicious Activity

Hey all...I am wondering if anyone else has had this problem and how they have gotten it resolved. I was doing offers and surveys for awhile now and just as of now I have been reported for suspicious activity and I cannot complete anymore offers...I tried filling out the contact form but it says "error occured while sending your email please retry". If anyone can please help so I can appeal and contact them it is appreciated.
