Sage/Demon books missing

Hi I checked all sources and could not find a way to get Sage/Demon Staggering and Stalagstrike Are they possibly only available from FB89/99 drops? Can anyone comment/confirm where these books are?

    you get them from the skill scrolls Stalagstrike comes with the parched blade stance (i think) the scrolls are all random with the pages.

    what about other skills like is there blade and sword mastery for seeker? and darkcloud bolt and mind shatter i havent seen either. which npc had parchedblade too? ive only seen soulsever and northern sky

    4 or 5 of the missing ones are a random from old book pages (ex blade and sword mastery)

    I have been going made trying to find any new skill that I havent learned or have in book form till 99. Went with trying to make books from the tokens but my luck gave me 6 of the same book. Would love to get my hands on some more booksb:surrender
