No servers available in PWI (Detailed Post)

I have been attempting to connect to the PWI servers for hours and have not had any issues for the past 3 days (At least none pertaining to connectivity). Now however, there are no servers available and attempting to connect results in a Timeout after 40 seconds.

General System Stuffs:

Hardrives:
Multiple partitions of the same 1TB Seagate Baracuda HDD
PWI is installed in D:\Program Files\(x86)\Perfect World Entertainment\Perfect World International
hddusage.png

Even tried a re-install.

Some Network test...Charter advertises a 25MB connection for us so they seem accurate.

    MAINTENANCE EVERY TUESDAY 11PM SERVER TIME!!!!!! Usually lasts 1 1/2 to 2 hrs...

    It's not like $80/yr is a lot FYI. I'm just between AV's at this point. (Avira Premium was being buggy so I didn't renew)

    No matter how minor the bug is I always post the most information possible I had a DXDiag and Screenies of MBAM, Spybot S&D, Ad Aware, and Kaspersky's results ready as well :P

    I dont like to be asked for more information :P
