i wanted to charge zenn, 50 dollars.
i did this through Ideal because that supports my bank...
when i did this it all worked fine and i did my payment, but then i got an error and i got redirected to the moneybookers website! i did lose the money i paid for my zenn but i never got it!!! i feel screwed over, cant anyone from PWE do something about this?

When you have issues with a payment processing fully through your payment gateway, it is best to contact them to find out why the payment failed. In this case, you will need to contact iDEAL / Paybycash to find out why the payment errored.
Many times a payment won't error until late in the process, which means the money is removed from your account and later refunded. Refunds typically take 2-5 business days, but the processing time depends on the payment gateway.
