invisable players

help i dont know if it's my settings or a glitch but when i log into the game a look around and all the ppl go invisable until i go closer to em.. can this be fixed?

    Open system settings and uncheck "proxy graphics"

    It's your settings. ^^ You had your game on Best Performance before you logged off.
