    Max channeling? 100%. Unless of course you mean minimum channeling. In which case I think it is possible to get 0%

    with apoths, skills, and other such time-limited effects, you can temporarily eliminate channeling altogether.

    with -chan gear, stuff whose effects last as long as you keep wearing it --- i've heard tell that the cumulative total effect is limited to 90% or so. i doubt too many bother spending the cash it'd take to approach it, though.

    90%, if u reach 91% it counts as 1% i believe.

    Not sure what the cap is on channeling, but it's possible to get over -100%

    Belt - 18%
    Necklace - 18%
    2 Rings - 36%
    2nd Cast Nirvana Glaive with 2x Stone of Savants - 19%
    rank 8 top - 6%
    Nirvana legs - 3%
    Warsoul of Heaven - 3%
    TT99 AA Sleeves and boots - 9%
    Level 6 tome - 2%
    Lunar cape - 6%

    Total = -120% channeling

    Though -18% ornaments are possible, I have yet to see one.

    You can never completely get rid of channeling, there will always be some. I've heard that its just capped at -90% (which would make sense), but I've never tested.

    From what I've heard, though never tested it personally the cap is 99% chan and that if you reach 100 it nocks you down to 90%.

    From what I know, -18% sleeves should also be possible to get.
    And even if you can get -100%, you still can't get rid of the casting time.

    no it doesn't mean more mana usage
    example :
    it will take u the same number if hit to kill a mob no mater whats ur channeling is n that mean same amount of mana (u will just be killing faster n using mana faster thats y it appears this way)

    I've heard that there's not TOO much of a point in getting a ton of -chan because the skills won't load. I've noticed that if I spam IH, a lot of the IHs will complete channeling time (1 second) and then not cast at all. I think it's due to some sort of lag, but it's what happens when I hold down the IH button, which happens frequently enough.

    So, I'm not too sure that -chan is the greatest thing ever for magic classes 'cause if the skills won't cast/lag then what's the point?

    oh im glad im not the only one that noticed that. ive seen it several times on my own cleric when i switch to the channel gear i got (15%) and after i awhile of stacking it will start to fail cast. this makes me wonder if there is a cap on exactly how many IH stacks that can be on a single char. this bout the only thing i can think of so idk x.x

    I notice the fail cast phenomenon on veno, so I doubt it's related to a stack limit. Even going from a -12% weapon to Melodic Prophecy, I still get it (-48% with pataka). Overall DPS still appears to improve with more channeling even with this problem. I'm happy playing at -48, and don't feel limited by it in anything PvE.

    Well -chan gear is a must for venos who tame legendary pets...I don't (or more like can't, ever b:surrender) but those chicks are O.O so much -chan!

    Same happened to me quite a bit at -48% or so, not nearly as often around 30% though.
