How can I get the dress in this video?

Ok, I really like the dress in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aGaRGU7r6LU and I can't look for it because I don't know what it's called and I can't buy it because, well I'm poor :/ Is there any other way I can get it, or something like that I don't like my character wearing short skirts >.< I mean like it's not that big a deal, but I wanna look elegant :P

    i havn't seen that dress before in game.
    if you look at the map in the background of that vid during the credits, you can see that its the Chinese version on the game. highly likely that its not available here.

    yet again, imma guy, with a guy toon, i dont really look at girl fash, unless its on a girl :P

    That dress is actually indeed already released. It's name is Wedding Dress.

    Well either you charge gold to your account, sell it and buy from another player, or save your cash while waiting and then buy it.

    I honestly don't think someone else is going to give it out, because, well, it's worth money. So, buying it yourself is pretty much your only choice.

    I agree, definitely looks like a wedding dress to me.
