new player with a question on classes

I am thinking of starting to play Perfect World, and i am wondering what is a good melee class to play as a damage dealer. and what type of build would work best .

    assassins r the best dd's in the game. go with this build:

    4 dex
    1 str

    every lvl

    sins are my fav melee class, but i'd go with 1 vit, 1 str 3 dex every lvl, just to keep u alive, as sins are kinda squishy
