cant change e-mail

I juste came back in pwi and lost my old e-mail adress so i dont receive any e-mail for perfectworld team

how can i change my old e-mail adress for my new one ive look everywhere in my account setting in the homepage and in CORE CONNECT b:surrenderb:sad

    need to change my Perfect World registered e-mail address.



    Unfortunately at this time we are not accepting any email changes unless it's due to email service termination, which must be verifiable. I apologize for the inconvenience and if you have any other issues please feel free to contact us anytime.

    If the issue is a matter of the password, you will need to do a password recovery on the domain's website so that you can regain access to that account.

    If the wanted change is for not receiving our emails, you will need to add no-reply@pwrd.com to your contact list for the email being used and that should resolve the issue.

    and how the hell i send a ticket? i just came always till : Posteingangsserver (POP3,IMAP oder HTTP ) : Now i dont know what to tip in -.- Under that there is written Postausgangsserver (SMTP): what type in there?... Would be great if some1 can tell me. ty
