Attendance Quest!!

b:shedtear i am new player to this game---a little cleric....and i saw the attendance quest in the encyclopedia...when i get to the npc, it says there is no quest for me....b:cry can anyone help???

    If you're new to this game, then you have to be a certain level to acquire the attendance quest, I believe. Try hitting level 20 and try again.

    You can get the Quest, when you reached Level 40
