Unable to receive Elder's Blessing for my lvl 30 veno.

Exactly what the title says. A few minutes ago I logged onto my veno and NO Elder's Blessing quest is available,. I also tried Facebook Connect and got NO Jones' Blessing, why am I unable to get these things. Please tell me PWI. Like I said before I must be the weakest veno on the server.
And yes, this is the borderline of calm and qq'ing.

Hey, calm down they said in the introduction that they will answer in about one day up to five. So... take you a cup of tea, relaxe and think about playing your twink meanwhile.

I made a new character on my alt account to see what the elder's blessing is all about. It's only for when you make a brand new character. In total it gives you some lvl 1 timed gear. Once you have all 5 pieces you get a butterfly type effect and a set bonus. And it gives you like 450 total attack charms. That's all. Pretty much only useful for new characters.

Some people have seemed to have problems even seeing the icon for the Elder's Blessing, it looks like a little treasure box.

There is also probably a level cap for it.

"Feature intended for our new players" dear.

Anyways, logged onto my bm got it fine (lvl 20) while my archer didn't get it at all (lvl 30) so maybe 30 is over the cap for it?

Been running arouond on my barbie (lvl 47) and veno (lvl 69) all day with notta, not that they need it anyways ;p

Yep, it seems that 30 is the level cap. Not really a problem since the armor you get has worse stats than the normal level 30 gear anyway although the attack charms are kinda nice, I guess.

I was about to come back and say that, just compared the 30 plus gear my bm is inheriting b:cute

that would explain why i never got it, my characters are all over 30 level so yeah
