Unable to equip genie

Idk why i cant use my genie anymore..it is on trade ready.I gave it to a friend to use it in warsong(bh metal) and she trade it it back to me before we went out and since then it say unable to equip..i can drop it but it wont work on any char..pls help

    Is it too high levels for the other characters?

    no :( it's on same char as before and i try it on other char same lvl and still dun work

    nvm..my genie lvled when she killed boss so i cant use it till i lvl x.X
