Stuff at 79?

Well to put it simply, I plan on stalling at 79.
I'm not going to have time to play as much as I have lately, and figured I'd stop there to farm Honor Medals at PQ, when I have time, and I have a few questions...

First off, can you do Chapter 1 Rotflesh at level 80? (I'd like to use H&T)

What instances could I solo at that level?

And finally, I'm requesting information as to optimal gear for that level, from med-med/high range. (I might stay there awhile)

    Yes, you can be level 80 and still do the first PQ. It's levels 60-80 after all.

    As a top-geared sin back in my days in the PQ, I always ended up in the 1st slot, unless some other person got a 5aps person to help him get contribution.

    Yeah, always got first on my old bm, its been a year so I couldn't remember the level.

    Any input as to the latter two questions?

    FB19? FB29? I'm not sure what other instances you have in mind.

    Gear wise, if you have a higher BM or any other classes, I don't see how it's not clear to you what the optimal gears are.

    That isnt the best gear but i was lazy to get something better like: http://pwcalc.com/d6d0311de4769b59 (i had these on my archer :P)
    And at 80 you can solo FB19 FB29 and FB39 maybe even FB51 if you're buffed.
