What does this add-on do?

i was playing on my low level archer on LC, when i got the footwear from the new elders blessing quest. because i now have 4 pieces, the add-on for the halo set now says + 50 chi. now i know what chi is, but what exactly does this add-on do?

literally right after i posted this, i thought hey, maybe it is actually mana, but says chi. Thats what it turns out to be. even though it says chi, it means mana. i feel kinda stupid nowb:cute
