i have same issues if i start the elemtclient.exe direct. Just use the launcher, worked fine for me. Check the technical support thread, i wrote a post there about an error. Maybe you have same issues as me.
At post above: i use windows 7.retired 11/11/2009 cause of packs. came back 8 months later just to realise it got worse. retired second time 10/11/2010.0 -
