Cheapest EG gear for assassin?

Almost every assassin i've seen over or at 100 has R8 or every piece of -interval you can get. I was wondering if anyone has seen an assassin in cheap, decent gear actually doing well at Endgame.

My assassin is the first toon i've gotten to 8x, I can't afford interval gear at prices it's at now, even though I see my friends (Who are obviously alts or extreme CSers) With capes and warsouls, with full TT80.

I'll post my gear when I get home, if anyone has a setup they can post from the calculator, that's within a decent price range, I would appriciate it.

Thank you.

    -facepalm- Of course xD
Want to be a little more specific on how much you're willing to spend/farm? OHT might not be a bad choice if you're really cheap, TT90/99 might be better if you can farm/spend a bit more. TT80 Hook and Thorn with a little refining and 2 Immacs or better can be semi decent endgame daggers.

I'm not planing on CSing anymore, it's a drain of money, and i've only ever spent on fash and 3.2 wings.

I was planing on soloing TT 24/7 when I get Demon Spark, I honestly don't know much about what i'm supposed to do endgame to earn money other than what i've tried (I grind and Buy low sell high all the time, i've never held more than 3~6milQQ). I know how to play my class and play it well, I just don't have the money to CS like everyone I know.

I have the Immacs +3 TT80 Hooks like you say, with Gold Rank Chest, And Legendary legs, boots, and bracers from a friend who quit his sin and gave me his stuff.

I'm embarrassed to be asking this, but what is Old Heaven's Tear and what does it do?

Old heaven's tear, like the name, is the past of the heaven's tear where u get ur 39-59 culti from. Basically u time travel to the past of perfect world. there are 4? places u can visit by going to the past. First is Old Heaven's Tear, followed by Unicorn Forest, then Valley of the Scarred and there is a 4th which i dont know of. Ive opened all 3. How to open these maps?
Well its a quest chain, Chrono quest chain. I will end it here since im not ready to write a guide. Good luck on opening them, im almost always ready for a delta run

I've seen a few sins near endgame (lvl 100 - 101) with decent gear but no expensive R9 or Nirvana gear.

It IS possible to be good and near endgame without ALL the Ubergear, BUT you will need to farm a LOT of TT's to get somewhat decent.

In my opinion, the least you should have is lionheart belt+ necklace, ashura boots and bracers, a good helmet (helm of aqua viciousness is quite good), and decent daggers.
TT80 Hook & thorn is quite good, but to be able to "compete" a bit, you will need to refine them to at least +7 +8....for starters.

This is a "normal" build at lvl 100 :

    http://pwcalc.com/857e559431215509

with this i used a bit of rep to get the lvl 90 windrider chest+leggings, used TT Gold necklace + belt, H&T +7 and a helmet of aqua viciousness.
As for rings : dual perfect att. rings +3.
Sharding is all done with Perfect stones. and not all comes out 4 sockets either.

Same build but with Ashura's bracers and boots :

    http://pwcalc.com/a4e469a4c145a9b7

Finally, same build but now with lionheart belt + necklace.

    http://pwcalc.com/c4df2cf238be662c

As you can see, your dmg from daggers H&T will be low in comparison to other daggers, but by adding better gear, you increase your APS, thus increasing your DPS = more return from BP.

This is just an example oc, but here's a tip for ya : do NOT lvl too fast. take time to farm, merchant and generally make cash BEFORE you reach 99. Otherwise you'll be disappointed when you see equal lvl sins who do have minimum the last setup i showed (ashura's & lionheart).

p.s. : i didn't add ANY buffs , so count in dagger devotion at +10 (forgot that)

p.s.2 : as for cloak , your choice, but i would advice nothing less then a cape of Tauran chieftan.

Well, figure out what you're going for : demon or sage.

If demon, the only atk skill you will use MOST is : "auto-atk". Besides that, rising dragon strike and inner harmony to build chi for sparking.

As for cape, ANY cape with good stats and 4 sockets will do, but you have to face the truth :

There is NO way you can compete with the big guys unless you farm your *** off. OR unless you have a great faction where peeps help you. We also have a sin in our fac with "limited" possibilities to make cash, he's always without tbh, but up until now, he got several of my "old" pieces, even my old H&T (at+5). He's never had more then maybe 4-5 mill , and he's doing fine.

But he realizes he will NEVER be able to compete with me or any other sin that does have more "funds" or means, unless he spends more time then me in the game each day. (and that's a LOT).

Unfortunately you need to have money to make money. Part of the crux of PWI. And well geared players only want to run with well geared players so they'll make money faster and faster making the gap that much harder to close.

What I would suggest is dumping everything you can into buying rep.

You can already get rank 5 ring. At level 90 you can get the rank 6 ring, armor plate and thighs. This means you can sell your TT80/leg plate and thighs for coin to buy more rep.

You can get rank 7 ring and again upgrade your plate and thighs for cheap at level 99 (100k rep).

At level 100 you can get rank 8 ring which is pretty awesome. You can also get full gear if you have wedding candies... but lets assume you dont because no one does. The rank 8 weapon is automatic 2 sockets and has huge base damage, compensating for its lack of -int. It doesn't refine as well but I'm assuming you don't plan on dropping alot of coin into refining anyways.

So, assuming you farm tt90 gold bracers, this is a reasonable buid to aim for. Of course, assuming you're willing to farm a bit of it.

You asked for endgame on a budget. That's what I'd suggest. 2.22 sparked with rank 8 being your only real expense of about 80-90 mil, every other piece 1 mil-5 mil. Also consider your rings, plate, and thighs won't cost more than 1-2 mil since level 80. Other people will be spending 10-20 mil per piece of tt99 and about 35mil for their plate.
Seven 100+ characters leveled the hard way. Free to play. Mystic, Psychic, and Wizard left to level. b:victory

    I second that as viable.
