    Only the lvl 16 weapons (rank 9) prevents the use of chrams.
    Charms are dependent on eqiupment level and not player level.
    Or am I wrong?

    He was talking about defense charms not attack charms.

    Defense charms have the text "Requisite Level Below 105" on them (or something).

    Do it cause there's nothing else to do when your gear is complete and nothing to farm for. No more content until they raise level cap and add new instances/gear.

    i honestly want new instances, not profitable ones (though it probably wouldn't hurt.) but just ones that i can run in and actually DIE in an instance, and not be able to solo with BP/Spark/charm.

    Yeah, I made a thread a long time ago and no real response as to why there was no guild base wars, dungeons and castles, etc.

    i didnt congratulate the other 2 sins for beeing lvl105, cause its not big achievement with nerfed fc and hypers (i saw seekers lvl101 one week after their release :p).

    Here its different, you got it! GRATS, finally a non-stealth-hard-working player
    retired 11/11/2009 cause of packs. came back 8 months later just to realise it got worse. retired second time 10/11/2010.

    Yeah, and being able to enter an Allied's TW to help isn't in there either. We tried, didn't work.

    Yeah, but he didn't run it as a daily until he hit 104. In any event, if you're not sin, hitting 105 is way more time consuming. And even if you couldn't frost, he'd still be at least 103 right now.

    Don't misunderstand I wasn't trying to belittle his accomplishment. Just saying that hitting 103 that early without hypers is just unrealistic.

    Wait. I need to revise my statement. I went to Elayne's first Frost run several months back. He was already 103. I actually world chatted it. Sorry, forgot about that.

    He was already close to 103 when Kit beat him. Elayne was not doing frost at that time.

    I could be wrong with my timelines, but Elayne didn't start doing Frost as a daily until recently.
