Anyone else unable to log in?

So my shop was logged in on my other comp, but I couldn't log in my main. It just kept timing out. I thought, that's weird... so I logged out my shop thinking maybe it was that computer for some reason but now I can't get anyone back in. x.x

Anyone else unable to log in to HT?

    Yep, it looks like we're having some server issues, specifically on the west coast. We're looking into right now, and I'll have an update for you as soon as possible.

    back up i guess,



    okay not sure if this is due to the servers being down, but i was having an issue logging into the forums i kept getting "http 500 error", not sure what that could mean. For the longest time i couldn't log in to post anything until the server went back up.

    Same problem here b:irritated I know this is a F2P game, but I have donated quite a bit of $$ in hopes these issues would become much less frequent. Come on PWI, get it together!! This is my first post on these forums, as I am hardly ever compelled to bother when it comes to reporting problems. However, I am sincerely becoming disappointed with many issues in this game. I would happily go 1 full month without the release of any new content i.e. fashion, etc-If I knew the existing problems in game i.e. rubberbanding, disconnects, lag, login problems etc were being worked on. PW, I truly love this game, and quit WOW to play it. But please, lets fix the existing problems before working on new content. TY b:victory

    As it was said last time we were DDoS'd (if that's what this is)... "rewarding" us with 2x drops will just encoruage the attacker to do it again.

    I mean, I love 2x drops as much as the rest of you, but... yeah.

    The DDoS attacks affects their servers, which affects all their games, not just PWI. You can't really assume the attackers are directing it at PWI only. No one knows what the attackers are after.

    We still haven't got the second compensation for the attacks during the 2x drops weekend. When is that coming?

    I did a BH51, and 3 out of 7 people in squad got DCed during the run.

    Assume, no. But there's a good chance the attacker does play PWI, in which case they may take that response as encouragement.

    We had a slight hiccup on the west coast servers, which resulted in a few disconnects, but the vast majority of users were not knocked off; as of right now everything appears to be stable, and we'll continue to monitor the situation.

    Organizing dozens of attacks per month consuming hundreds of hours to get a weekend of 2x on PWI. Sounds highly logical and worth the effort.
