Could you come out with unbinding charms in the Boutique . I think most would like that . To unbind armor that we do not need anymore or even need to decompose it for new armor would be awsome . At least that way we can sell it to another player instead of having to NPC it and loose out on hard earned coin . And for those that have bound armor and cant even pass it to 1 of their alts on dif account sucks hard . ( dif account not same acc with acc stash stone )

Just love the fact you re-made the thread but, should be in the suggestion area.

Binding armor forces to remake the armor. It add difficulty to the game. I do wish you were able to unbind charms due, to going into duels but, people could haggle you and well if your were in a area with mobs that aggro. It would probably save you from dieing.

Just because you made a new thread doesn't mean people don't know you're reposting, ijs.

One becomes 2. 2 becomes 10. 10 becomes 100. taking it all back to one solves nothing. so long as zero remains... One.. Will eventually grow to 100 again.

if you want to use the armor again, go ahead. it can be used on alts on the same account via account stash. you also knew that what you were buying/making would be bound on equipping, so you got what you paid for. auto-bound gear is generally better than equal leveled non binding gear. there is a trade off, and you accepted that trade off when you equipped the gear.

if you ask me i am all for unbinding charms put em in the cash shop for double the cost of a binding charm. even if you just make the unbinding charms work on items you bound yourself. i bound my deicides and wont get tt 100 because my deicides are bound. b:chuckle so if they ever did put them in i would use it.

Wasn't a longish thread on this subject just necroed? Oh, yeah. It was.

(Summary: If you want to be cheap and not use Guardian Scrolls, you don't get to trade your gear later. Simple.)

I doubt unbinding charms would happen, but if they do, they should be at least 50-100 gold. Otherwise everyone would just bind everything for like under 10g and nobody would drop anything without any tradeoffs like losing gs or annoying safety lock.

even 100g is rather cheap. I'm sure if there is a single unbinding charm that is auctioned for some reason, there would be ppl willing to pay 200g or more for it.

Even 200 gold is cheap, if it's something not automatically bound (and you know eventually everything not bound will have better versions!) and you carry a bunch of Guardian Scrolls/(ab)use Saftey Lock and do lots of PvP (yes, I know which faction you're in, so I know PvP is a concern of yours! b:chuckle)...

I don't even have to do the math, it's so simple to see that they'd be essentially dirt cheap (even if you rely on SL now and pay for mirages over all that time, nevermind Guardian Scrolls) and there'd be no need to SL or use Guardian Scrolls at end-game. Just bind it all and unbind it to sell when the game gets more content. Yay, totally consequence-free PvP (and all the not-fun-for-anyone that will eventually entail)!

Bad idea, basically. By the time more content comes out, the end-game folks will have been able to easily farm the coin to buy the item.

Does adding more content to a broken game make it less broken? Or since there is more of it, is it then more broken?
