Immortal Feather?

Does anyone know where I can find the Immortal Feather? What quest do I get it at, if at a quest and who do I give the immortal feather to so I can get the flying mount for Earthguard?

    If the feather you are talking about grants you a 3 day aerogear at level 15 then you should only have to open your Supply Stash and then go to the Mailbox to receive the aerogear you want.

    i have the feather, now how do i get the flying mount? i'm at the mailbox and i've opened the exchange thing but i don't see anything about a flying mount
