Hello... I'm currently lvl 76 and I just got a Herc yesterday. I know that the best spot to level up a pet is in Room 4 of the Cube which is where I am currently. My Herc is now lvl 53. Is this the best place to level him all the way to 76 or is there a better spot?

Thanks in advance for the help.

    i believe it's room 3. I could be wrong.

What you need to remember is to use the TAB key. Hit TAB, then send pet, if the monster dies before your pet kills it, hit tab again. Send pet. It can get crowded in there, especially with a sale going on. Use the TAB key!!

Taratulip, it is indeed room 4. You start out in room one (Fate's Beginning), roll a 3, and you get Mice Bashing, the "veno leveling room".

Leveling hercs on the spiders from the MQ "Tessa's Problem" is also an option, though I'd wait until you and the herc level a little since the boss that occasionally spawns from them has a bit of HP.

Frankly - if the herc is only 10 levels below you or so - just start using it as your main fighting pet. It'll catch up within a level or two, and will be at least as good as any normal pet until then. (In most situations, obviously not underwater or when hunting archer mobs etc. etc.)

    Thanks again guys...

Another question - I just switched Pounce for Bash, but now Bash is at the end of the pet skill list. Is there a way to change it to the first skill? Or is that something I'll have to select every time I bring my pet out?

Unfortunately, the only way to move skills around is unlearn all of them and learn them again in the order you want... .___. This is not recommended for the legendary pets.

You'll get in the habit of right clicking the bash skill eventually ^^
