Question about frost

I see many ppl that do powerleveling with frosts but i don't know many things about frost...

What's frost heads? I see many ppl selling them in wc. How many experience give them? Can you use x12?

If you have some money what's the better way to lvl up at lvl 70?

    The heads with x12 on are around 20k-30k exp each at your level, Yes you can use x12 in frost and its pretty much usless without it.

    If you have some money what's the better way to lvl up at lvl 70?
    Well if you dont have much money then do Bounty Hunter, Crazy Stone and your quests. If you can afford frost * which is about 500k for heads or 1m for whole run* you can also do that. Otherwise just do your quests and Daily quests.

    to expand on heads, heads are a bunch of mobs in frost that have only 100 HP, don't aggro or attack, and give a stupid amount of exp when hypered. however, when triggered, each wave lasts only a few seconds before vanishing, so squad uses bows to kill them faster.

    can i do it if im lvl35?
    and how much exp gives a whole run at lvl 35 if i can do it?
