LF patch 353-402

I've had problems getting the "current" version of te game even though my launcher said I had version 501 (latest). I tried all possible ways to patch and verify files in case I had some files corrupted. I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling pwi. I am still unable to update/patch automatically through the launcher so I tried manually patching from patch 1-52, 52-166, etc. There is a missing patch file though (patch 353-402). It should be made available! Why isn't it?!? Every other patch file is ._. Can someone pls post where I can find it.
