Farming for cash/exp?

Hi,
I was wondering whats a good place to farm for cash(items/coins),and whats a good spot to farm experience.
I'm currently lvl 78,use calamity of blood axes, and have average gear(sorry haven't made a bio). I'm not so much worried about exp. as Im at wanting to farm for items..

    Level up your Aoes. Get mp food. Get Tree of Protection. And you will aoe grind until you run out of mp or genie food.

    Get Sin buff. I made another Sin on a separate account just to buff my BM. Was considering making another BM to buff my Sin... but that might have been a little too much.

    Lol, same. Sage sin and cleric on one account and demon sin/bm and the rest on another account. Considered splitting it magic on one account and physical on the other to make account stashing easier but meh, buffers and DDers split easier.

    Oh, and any physical mobs that follow you into melee are a BMs bread and butter. I remembered finding some nice ones around Boundless Grasslands and Burning Heart. Become an aoe grinding pro. And even though TT is nice because you only have to kill 5 mob bosses, I think the time a level 7x-8x squad takes to complete a TT would make it less cost effective than aoe grinding.
    Seven 100+ characters leveled the hard way. Free to play. Mystic, Psychic, and Wizard left to level. b:victory

    What in TT should I be fighting or be camping at,anything in particular??
