How do I delete my characters?

Ever since the new expansion release, I have been unable to delete some of the characters on my account. Please help me.

    Did you try waiting? It takes 1 week (7 days) to delete your characters.

    Could it be that your game window is hiding the option to delete them? If yes, try the following:

    Please increase your resolutions by manually dragging the corner of the window screen outwards. The larger window size will reveal the missing buttons.

    i am haven prob deleting my toons as well i trnothing happened and but ied to expand my screen but i dont see delete anywhere on my screen someone please help

    I am having the same issue as well it says create new account and modify but no delete is this happening to everyone?

    I am also having a prob deleting characters....I dont even have a delete button

    Screenshots would help me better understand your issues here, but I think I know what you problem is. Please try the following:

    Please increase your resolutions by manually dragging the corner of the window screen outwards. The larger window size will reveal the missing buttons.

    Not seeing all the buttons is a known issue, and at this point you will have to drag the corner of the windowed screen outwards to see the missing icons. Simply changing the game to full mode will still not show you the icons.

    Above is a link to photobucket showing my screenshot of the character login screen...it does not show anywhere to delete my character...please help...
