Server Time and German Pupulation!

Hello to all Harshlanders from Lost City ;)
I wanna know from you something about the server time and how big the German "population" is on your nice server =)

I've played over 2 years on Lost City but know I wanna roll a character on an East Coast server cause I wanna do events or TW sometimes maybe thats nearly impossible on West Coast servers for European gamers :/ e.G TW is at ~5am

So may I have more fun at an East Coast server ^^

    TW is 2am.
    Tiger event is 3am.

    I'm Asian, is it ok if I create and p. level a psychic to 100?

    Where do I go to apply for permission?

    To make it short :

    Event Times suck here too for EU Player

    There are Germans on the Server, even some german talking Factions (however they hold no power on harshlands)

    The Ping is slightly better

    There is NO alternative to PWI since the Idiots that managed the Eu Servers was complete ******* , unable to translate the client to any language properly and provided the worst support ever, so they had to shut down the game.


    If better event times are the only reason you wanna switch, stay on your old server.
