Best server to start ?

Hello PWi community, i'm looking for a server to start. I like to PvP but i would also like some "friendly"-server towards new players (if u can call any server like that, lol).
East coast would be better, but i don't think west is a problem.
Any thoughts? Help-me? :P

    LC for pvp HT for "friendly" dunno is there anymore any nice players around :P

    but how is the PvP in HT? worth it ?
    LC seems like the oldest and most stacked server, doesn't look good for new players who aren't going to put a lot of cash in, :s.

    Pick a West Coast server if you want stability. The East Coast servers have been getting nailed by DDoS lately.

    Um... If you aren't gonna cash shop, avoid Sanct. Heh, avoid all of PWE, then, actually, it's PAY TO WIN, for crying out loud.

    85 Psy/80 Mystic
    And a handful of other alts, all 79 and under.

    LC and HT popped out same time..HT has more players but that doesnt matter since i havent seen any helpful players there for ages...and pvp in HT is like hop out of west arch white named and u get killed in 2 secs :D

    West Coast:
    Lost City (PvP)
    Heavens Tear (PvE)
    Sanctuary (PvE)
    Archosaur (PvE)

    East Coast:
    Harshlands (PvP)
    Raging Tide (PvE)
    Dreamweaver (PvE)

    I recommend Harshlands if you want a lot of PvP.

    Raging Tides if you want to be able to level without being ganked, as well as a friendlier community. Also, the PvP is pretty decent here at 80+
