Hijacked account.

Hello, recently someone has been logging my account, everytime I log in my char is placed at a different place,some items are missing and I usually get a pop up message "You have been booted" which means a force login I guess. so I have to change password ASAP, but sadly I forgot my secret answer, so no way to change password. I already sent ticket / mail with my info to change my secret question, still no response ( It was sent like 2 days ago) . Please GM's this has to be done ASAP I dont wanna lose my character or any more items.

    Since you sent your ticket during the weekend, I would suggest waiting 3 to 5 business days for a reply from the team before sending another ticket. There really isn't anything the team could do for you over the forums, as the only course of actions is through the ticketing system.

    Set your safety lock for several hours, and set the password on your safe.

    In the future, don't share your account information with anyone.
