Items disappearing?! WTF!?

Dear support team

I have a wizard and got Urim's Light (human fly +3 for lv20+) and when i logged today it has disappeared.. there is no way i got **** because i still have all my items and gold.. so whats up??

right now i am highly upset because i am not the only person this has happend to. please try make a plan? players in PWI are really getting Pee'd off about this thing and more.b:cryb:surrender
