circles at Nirvana first boss

I've been to Nirvana about 15 times or so. I cannot see the circles on the floor at the first boss, so I die a lot there. I'm using an ATI 5750 video card, installed latest drivers yesterday. Have changed graphics setting in game and in video driver a couple of times. No difference. Anyone know a fix? I have submitted a ticket but have little hope that will have any resolution.
