Few words about current situation

I ll put it straight and direct i mean not to offend any1 but i ll not try to put it in nice words because current situation is not nice at all.

Lastly ur dev/gm team made, or just recived and made it working doesnt matter, pretty good updates for community that was getting smaller and smaller since the stupid marketing tricks that i bet were supposed to bring profit ( the patches like bring back coins as rewards for tw, reset maps etc ).

Simply all that good impression now is lost because of current status of ur game can is: "unplayable".

If u wish to keep atleast some people playing this game u should finally get well qualified employee who ll know what to do not only marketing sales people to run $$.

DDoS attacks are very common thing in network and if ur application is not immune for it its just because of lack of knowlege and bad planning, if its not the application getting DDoS but server and attack is made for server directly or for network devices then the person responsible for it needs more knowelege or the company that u rent hosting from needs to be changed.

Ur company profit is not small, when cost of 1 person who has qualifications in IT security ( in my country ) it ll be around 1000-2000 $ per month. My suggestion is to start running this game togheter with other games siriously not in home made hosting mode because situations like this are just bad joke.

Ofc people who spend lots ( 10k $ + ) ll stay coz they would like to use stuff what they paid for until they prefer to get FUN in other game because ur product now is causing totally other effect. When i try to relax and get fun then i log in get lag, wasted time and bullsh1t about problem fixed every day when the next day is exacly same , its not good.

Remember every customer prefers his comfort thats why if u dont fix these problems and continue writing its fixed, when its not because script just turned attack off or person responsible for it made it stop for few hours, i ll move to another game.

Togheter with friends we alredy started for searching new game take this post as warning. We can spend our money for fun everywhere, we would like to stay here ofc because we alredy spent money on things that we like but we demand what we paid for = fun and relax.

I expect this post may be deleted still i hope person who delete this ll forward this message to project manager and u start siriously working on this problem.

childish ultimatums like this never work, 10 ppl out of several thousands is less than 0.01%
quite frankly, if u that impatient for them to solve a problem thats impacting OTHER ppl aside from them, just go find another game alrdy.
ppl with the "instant gratification" way of thinkin are more than easily replaceable as theres usually a way to attract more should a few find a new source of enterntainment

Let me be as direct as I can - When you create a successful multi-server MMORPH game as large as PWE has AND generate the revenue, have teams of developers, a world wide distribution network, a legal team, an advertising and public relations network, etc FREE from all the issues you QQ'd about above then you may have good standing to come to this forum and tell the GMs, The devs, The company management et al how to run their game. Until then feel free to make a suggesstion or two in the suggestion box. If you want to play the game then just play it. If you don't like certain aspects of it or changes PWE has made to it then maybe it's your problem and not everyone else's.

Sorry But I find posts such as this to be rude and in poor taste. It's like getting invited into someone else's house and then telling the host how to run their private business. Chill out and try to enjoy the game.

Im not going to argue with any1 since my time is more valuable. Simply pwi didnt make any MMO they just bought rights to run it in specific zones.
As for next thing i do in my job host bigger servers than pwi does including oracle db cluster servers and im person responsible for its safety. I can assure u that software and hardware used by these solutions is far more superior than pwi uses.

I do not plan to run any mmo i plan to get my fun and relax here like i did in the past. If thats no longer possible i ll just move on. This post is last attempt before i and my friends drop things we like in this game and move to next one because that takes time and we prefer to play than to spend time picking correct game.

Hope that ends pointless attempt to argue i ll not post here again since im using other platform to comunicate with friends. Bye

You claim to be a professional when it comes to server security yet your original post was so unprofessional. If PWE and PWI responded by making changes to their game as a response to every childish ultimatum such as yours we wouldn't have a game to play. It would be pure pandamonium. It's literally impossible to satisfy the desires of every single player. We all have issues with the gameplay that we don't like and god knows there are 1000s of QQ threads about them and from every class in the game. If you can't deal with it then yes it's time for you to move on for it is your problem and nobody else's. The rest of the player base will adapt to the gameplay and new players will know of nothing different.

Don't let the perverbial virtual door hit you in the *** on your way out.
