    He is an extremely old, and well known member of this community. I trust him wholeheartedly in paying out the reward; I just wish I knew how to make videos so I could enter the contest myself XD. I can record, it's the editing part that I mess up.

    Because people voted in a slim majority that I should do this.

    Also because I don't really play any more and have no particular use for in-game currency myself.

    What exactly would I gain from any of this? I'm offering up what little free time I have to create and manage this contest and monitor entries. If you took note of the poll thread from before, it's meant to encourage people to film more and bring out their creative side. The 10m in coin is just cake-frosting, an extra incentive for people to give it a shot.

    In short, there's no reason for me to trick or cheat anyone.
    ...That said, I certainly won't complain if an admin of some kind is willing to back me up. It's about as legit as any player-run contest can be.

    What is this trust bs? Its not like he is asking for any information/items/or gold from your account. He just saying to submit a video, if you want to enter the contest. No real risk involved since you don't the coins if you don't win anyway. So the chances of not getting the coins just because you took the time to make the video are there even in a legit contest. Theres nothing to lose. And you know what that they say: nothing ventured, noting gained.

    Keph is an extremely old member of this community and everyone around knows him. I`m sure that he's not lying but yet I`m surprised that people are asking about the reward. Read between the lines :

    He's not doing this only because someone could earn some easy coins. He is doing it so we can have something to do!

    Mhmm, it looks to be an interesting subject... But I dont know .-. I never did more than PvP, TW, instances videos....(and my bad engrish) I'll need to think about it =)


    By the way, I dont really mind of the reward, but I'm wondering how can you send 10m to a player who dont play on the same server than your (well, I think you're banned too o.O)?
    ˚Coin is farmed on my own time with my own alts. I wish I had more to offer, but I'm just a player, and not a particularly rich one at that.

    "Kephras - Heavens Tear" is banned as a forum identiy. I still have access to all my characters and accounts in-game.
    As for the coin, I have camera and character alts across all servers. 10m is about the most I feel confident being able to offer. But as I stated before, the prize is bribery money, the actual purpose of the contest is just to inspire people to be more creative.

    Yep, Kieve and I talked a bit about this contest beforehand, and while I can't guarantee any prize of a non-PWE sponsored event, I can attest to his love and talent for making quality videos, like this one, for example.

    Wow, the server-crisis really knocked this one down the list a ways. And understandably it'd be tough to film anything of value while getting kicked off all the time.

    Still, not about to let this contest fail over a bit of neglect - I'd hate to think I spent a whole month bumping a poll thread for nothing. b:surrender

    You know, your idea of promoting this amateur and pro-video adventure of your experience game play is a fine example of a "Ture Knight during Dark Times in PWI", to do to help others maintain a balanace when there is a game conflict such as a DOS attack and so many people losing connections and such!
